Did AUSAG meet the capital requirements of TSX venture ?
If so RCG shareholders would have received 1:4 of say $8M or $2M worth of shares.

We have been informed by the company that Metals479 offer will not proceed at this current time as a number of potential opportunities have arisen and the company is assessing them prior to the IPO.

As a result, we will be returning your funds.

= they couldn't raise the minimum subscription.
