Yeah...we never learn...if you remember BK pumping HRT & drilling offshore Namibia (those dry wells hurt)..back into EOG.v...drilling offshore Guyana right now...next to the 5.5B barrels Exxon/Hess has found and guess what? They have offshore land in Namibia also. 

I miss the images of ???? until SH banned him. He had an uncanny way of finding a few squiggly lines of a cartoon or image that perfectly captured the situation
