This whole deal and company stinks. They are stealing the company from us and rewarding management who looked after themselves as part of the deal. No hype meant on this last part but I took my money from this to PTG which is Pivot Technologies. Far better run. Clear vision. Respect for shareholders and a 10 percent dividend and the cash to pay it. I get my ideas from other investors so I will leave this one here to be looked at or ignored. GLTA
