There was apparently a relatively large PP back in September 2017 -
The Company also completed a private placement of 21,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.30 per share for aggregate proceeds of $6,300,000 (the “Private Placement”).
 
The Form 9 for it is at -
 
I'm curious how many of those participants still hold their shares, and how they'd react if the price were to approach and/or drop below $0.30 per share.
