@bigguy56 yes I agree; it's completely amateurish. And I didn't expect anything more. But if this company truly had any independent Exec Management, you would not see this nonsense. They don't. So they can. We got a new CEO in May and there's not even a mention of him and/or a comment by him. Looks like a hokee appointment to me; same as the South African "coal" Chairman we have... KAT also just swapped out one (old) Glencore Board Director for another and that would have been the right time to build out the Board's independence - but no such thing happened, reminding everyone that this is a Glencore ship and it's sailing at their speed and to their chosen port. Glencore is however, under immense scrutiny on many different fronts so we can at least count on the company remaining compliant wrt Timely Disclosure and OSC regulatory requirements, if only at the most basic level. And as such, and with no real CEO driving this for EVERYONE'S cumulative benefit, don't expect anything more than you just got. And what about an update on "the Proposal" KAT received from Glencore? This KAT management continues to show how pitifully inexperienced it is as there are a million other important things a mining company must do outside of finding, building and running mines (which, due credit given, KAT has so far been very, very successful at). These are my views only. Thanks for reading.
