Once the plant is in operation, proves the capabilities to the clients and brings steady revenue to the company it will be much easier for the company to secure additional financing (if needed) or enter in more favorable deals for new plant construction. Also, they have to make sure they don't overproduce and hurt the price of the rare earth minerals and their profits. With the industry focus on electric motors, turbines and recycling trend overall the rare earth recycling has nowhere to go but up with. I think if we look back at the company in 2-3 years we will appreciate the slow and steady positive outcome for the company and GMA investors.
People need to stop thinking about this company as a penny day trading stock but focus on their long term goals. This stock has a good chance to make on their promises, it is not going to happen overnight . The stock will have a nice, slow price appreciation no need to sweat.
Straigh: We all know why GMA starts with a 500t plant. It was explained many times. This is not the question, nor part of my comments. I am not questionning the rationale behind the 500t, I am questionning how GMA presents the company.
GMA is a penny stock, that you want it or not. Dozens of posters over the last years mentioned that we have to be patient, that the "plan" is being executed, and so on. Yes, "it is all coming along", or else "patience (it is coming)", or maybe "shareholders are always too impatient" and all other forms of patronizing sentences have been used over and over over the years. But can GMA present itself in a way that it may create attention, hype, interests or any other type of feelings opposite to disinterest or indifference?
