RE:Shorter cutting expecting a rise in SP?I wish I could share your optimism. This thing has been down for soooo long. Maybe they have something cooking i sure hope so as I have a bunch of shares from the .07 days.. So i'm thinkin it will be tax loss   good luck to all..
