RE:StealthctPUMP has no licence and no facility for production. I do not know if they have applied for a licence. With the new HC requirments you need a suitable facility to even apply. I beleive PUMP is trying to get the equipment that they aquired during the Quadron merger to put into existing LP's, using their licence to form a joint venture or partership. Everyone that is holding shares in PUMP, including myself, is waiting for contract announcements to get the price moving. Nextleaf is leaps and bounds ahead of them, patents, licence and evidence package submitted. We just need licence in hand and the contracts will follow. If the price does move up in PUMP, I will dump my PUMP and pump up my OILS...
