The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Totally agree ... would also like to know who within the company signed their "ok" to this prospectus and why. If this person was hired he/she should be shown the door if this person is up for vote next year then we can group together for "Against" vote.
