Andrew McCreath on BNN this morning said the HBC is uninvestable.....he's the guy that said when the $9.45 bid came out for investors to just take the run up and get out of the stock.....also who want to hang around for $10.11 from $9.82 small gain....they are draggin out the process so much that at this point the special committee is not going to report anything like the windfall that some investors are banking on....they are just playing games and biding time but ultimately I think the bid goes away because Baker will not pay anymorea....time will tell
