Marathon Gold Corporation is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. RE:RE:RE:New guy at MOZNever heard of the new guy before, but I like the fact that he was involved with the Thomases early in his career, and that his latest project was bigger than this one and came in on time and under budget.  To get top dollar in an aquisition, you have to be able to negotiate from a position where you have other options.   Sounds like this guy gives us credibility when we say the buyout offer isn't good enough, we'll just go it alone thank you very much.

It would have been better if his experience was with gold, but there's lots of gold experience in our management team, and to some extent, a hole in the ground and a bunch of trucks is a hole in the ground and a bunch of trucks.  What we needed was someone with experience with the financial guys and managing development, which this guy appears to have.
