I agree, I also had my chances, I seriously thought of  getting out when the stock was at $4.80 last year on it's way down from the high of around $5.50. I was sitting on a big pile of $$. Shoulda coulda woulda! Sometimes I wonder......is Bombardier even fixable? Is their business model working? Let alone the biggest question, what are they going to do with their MASSIVE debt? Lots of questions. Hindsight is 20/20......could be worst.....Bombardier could have been bankrupt by now, I guess.Seems like they are not rebuiding but just trying to survive. Bad news, after bad news, after bad news. Something needs to change. Many pivotal decisions in the last few years.....no need to dwel on the past, but a deal with Boeing ( I can't believe I'm writing that, I hate Boeing ) or with the Chinese would have been better for Bombardier and their shareholders.
