- low volume
- current market conditions ie Trump tariffs
- sold from a perceived position of weakness
- no reported revenue 

once the supply agreement is fulfilled, I think it’ll move hard. Your right though, the cash received makes the likelihood of fulfillment imminent (unless of course the locusts make a uturn).
