I think they want to get to .10 PRIOR to the news of any settlement.. With maybe other news and sales like a possible order from JPS or something.. I believe that they want to consolidate the shares to get to a 1.00, vs .50cents. Just my personal opinion. Insititutional investors only really start looking when the price is at least $1.00. So, if they can get to $.10 prior to the settlement, then consolidate, maybe that is their goal. That's why they release was so vague as to when they are going to actually going to consolidate.
