RE:RE:RE:Follow the Smart MoneyKing, at least your comments are bright, as in crayola bright, which is a nice change from black and white. My comment that you queried about my concerns of thc being safer than alcohol got lost a bit with my other ramblings. There is no problem and long term I can see thc infused beverages being a huge gamechanger for the beverage venues such as bars and lounges. The "concern" part was that we won't have a level playing field with alcohol which is pretty much free range by comparison to all the rules and regs, potholes and hurdles, that are hindering the greenrush.
I do entertain the theory that the US greenrush could happen sooner than most investors think and it could start with the safe banking act getting passed. That would be like waving the flag to start the race for US investors to get on board. I was surprised to see the Feds fire off a warning letter to Curaleaf though, in regards to health claims for their products.
Successful US cannabinoid companies have already been proactively putting down roots and bricks and mortar, utilizing the avenues allowed to be active with pharma pot and cbd's. Several are also getting CSE listings.
The most prominent move in my opinion was Constellation throwing $5 billion at Canopy and then Canopy setting up Acreage Holdings which to me was a major coupe for US business taking control of an undisputed leader in the greenrush. The US greenrush will be phenomenal when the Fed overshadowing gets taken care of. glta and dyodd
