He still owns about 180 000 shares, 50 000 options and 12 500 warrants... He sold 3 233 shares @ 3.67...

If I had to guess I'd say he needed this money for something personnal and tpday was his limit to take it out, because just like us he is suprised by the price action... He took out 11 865$ worth of stock out of 650K $ more or less he still owns...

Insignificant selling for me...
