RE:Financially, they aren't

RE:Financially, they aren'tGeod, I'm sorta wondering why are bringing up the closing of the private placement in this context?  When they did the small private placement, you seemed to think that it demonstrated they could still raise money, and I don't think that any of us on the board seriously think they did this raise money.  Didn't we have a consensus here that it was a bit of trick to try to stablize the stock price?

And, to address the issue of real estate aquisitions I think the criticism is stale.  Since they started to focus on California about 18 months ago, they've divested the dispensary and sold off other proporites (you rememeber how good the numbers looked that quarter).  The company definately had a little trouble finding itself at the beginning but now they're running a core distribution and branding business (and should they got a permit, they'd probably manufacture too).  It's what they say they're doing in Nevada too (a facility they're already running - takeover in escow, so they say).

Is it nefarious, or just out of control and what are they doing about it?  Investors are scrutinizing the fluff and real news with a critical eye, and I have raised the question, several times, about about the one winged fly approach and whether we are a value added marijuana company or a real estate acquisitor?
EAT is at the stage of the rubber meeting the road and if our team is "really" making milestones, then the sp should turn around.  I have concerns that it is the same old mentality that doesn't see serious competition that is going to eat our lunch!
I'm still hoping that we have some value in the pieces that somebody else wants us and will pay a premium and throw an agressive management team in there that recognizes there has to be forward movement.  Loss of interest in a company is a death knell that heralds the approach of the vultures.  glta and dyodd
