RE:RE:RE:Drilling

RE:RE:RE:DrillingRyan Kalt currently holds about 21% of Red Lake Gold, and is an "insider" of BTU.  Interestingly, Mike England (President and Director of BTU) was the CEO of Red Lake Gold until there was a "change of management" and Ryan Kalt assumed the reins.  Mike England is still deemed an insider of Red Lake Gold.

Kalt has been buying shares of RLGD regularly (almost daily) on the open market.  Not sure what the end game of all this is.

Conflict of interest?  Mike England at one time was CEO of 2 or 3 different explorecos. As well as being a director of others.  Not sure how many he runs now, but I just don't see how it's feasible unless each company is committed to specifically different mineral exploration (e.g gold, base metals, diamonds, etc.). I don't know...

Having said that, it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out over the next few months.  I own shares in both, so here's hoping one or the other or both provide some encouraging results.

Have a good day!
