Short Position at 7/31/2019????

I know it is not a big number as it only represent 0.45% of the float, but the short position moved up 89,547 to 93,619 from June 30 to July 15, 2019. That is the highest percentage of the float going back to 2012. The highest value during that period was $1.86 while the lowest was $1.57

Looking forward to the 2nd quarter results this week.
