Let's look at it this way. Because Asterion is a private company, Assterion is basiclly Van Deventer. And here is what PREV's President said about the news....
PreveCeutical's President and Chief Science Officer, Dr. Mak Jawadekar, stated, "This option agreement presents a unique and timely opportunity for PreveCeutical. We are excited to further our existing strategic partnership with Asterion and are confident that Asterion will assist PreveCeutical in the rapid commercialisation of the Sol-Gel IP." So, if Van Deventer is willing to assist PreveCeutical in the rapid commercialisation of Sol-Gel at Asterion, why is he not willing to assist PreveCeutical in the same commercialisation while is it fully held by PREV? Is he commited to PREV or not...is the question?
