QH - More than a little ridiculous. Because of the way they have mishandled this reporting issue, they have bet the farm on getting approval.  Without it, they will never be able to raise cash by selling shares or doing a private placement. Who would trust them? And, having IR tell shareholders - oh, we're working hard on getting everything filed - doesn't help either.
