Received this response near end of May.

Thanks for your note. We are continuing to make steady progress towards resolving the issues related to the halt. I am not certain how much longer it will take but I am highly confident the situation will be resolved in a manner that is beneficial for our shareholders. We continue to build the business in the meantime and are making excellent progress on a number of fronts.
