I said on Aug 1st. news was comingthis week . Crazy news ! thats for sure. The Fergusons have invested a lot of their money in this company. Paul Ferguson is the CEO mike coscia still works there , this means they aare the new officers in charge of this company ? I'm thinking there is a struggle between the board and those holding NovoCarbon's debt ???   What else could be responsible for the mass resignation? If we were facing bankrupcy I would think that would be mentioned ? This clears the way for a new beginning and an end to the halt.
