You are right in pointing out that CVR was always a dead duck if the device ultimately failed to get FDA approval. I was concerned that the FDA might reject the initial application - which they do often. That equates to time spent figuring out how to address the FDA's reasons for rejection, re-drafting the application and then getting back into the processing queue. In other words, probably a 1 to 2 year delay. I don't see them being able to survive 1-2 years without raising cash.
