One reason mgment costs are high is that the companies scope of operations is quite large. There is Mercedes in Mex, to expl, dvp, and mining projects in Nevada to the Hardrock project in Ont and the sleeper Rahill Bonanza in Red Lake. Also they are still looking for other opportunities. They tried to acquire San Fellipe in Mex. This all takes money to pay qualified personnel.

It remains to be seen whether they will make money with their high expl and dvp costs but higher gold prices will help.
