GLK demise

GLK demisePerhaps we should take a moment to thank the true architect of the demise of GLK.
Gorman was instrumental in falsely promoting the company by churning out overhyped press releases to support the stockprice inorder to essentially mine shareholders over the past few years?
For years, he and his lacheys were collecting six figure salaries all the while generating zero revenues from graphite sales?
How appropriate it was that he left the company at the beginnning of the year when it was obvious to him the s**t is about to hit the fan in the near future.
Was Mr Ferguson complicit all these years or was he simply the rich investor who Gorman took advantage of?  Probably the latter.

At this point, shareholders will vent their anger on Ferguson for their losses, however I feel he was trying to steer the company right these past few months.  The mountain was insurmountable because Gorman had simply run up too much debt.

I'm sorry for losses which people here may have incurred but this is truly a lesson in investing in great management and not fruadulent pricks like Gorman.
