Denali Therapeutics

It has been awhile since any reference /comparisons to Denali Therapeutics. Question for JD -and not an easy one. Can you provide comparison comments between Denali and Bioasis. Science ? Cash and cash equivalents ? Burn rate (see Denali loss of 58.3 m on most recent quarter reported) ? G/A costs ? And SP ?

As well would be great to get your thoughts on where you see Denali SP in one year ? two years ? And why you invest in Bioasis versus Denali ?
