Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:AMA & General Tone

RE:RE:AMA & General ToneSky, I think an immediate change would come across as fake.  The incremental changes you describe obviously are all part of the new image and plan. I think the tempo we are seeing is perfect and patience will be our friend. Carl basically said we are executing, all is in order and was are now moving the goal posts. The fact he noted that Aphria is not part of the herd mentality, makes me smile.

quote=skyplt]I thought his comment “I actually live in Leamington(ham)” was priceless!

That was a funny jab at his new boss, and a great comment about how they are lightening up.  So should I.

Seems that Simon has given the team a little bit of opportunity to let their personalities show through. From the little jab in the Jamacia license PR, Carl's opening comments to questioners in the AMA, even Simon on Mad money. Personally, I like the less robotic things have been. Serious, but not taking themselves TOO seriously.
