RE:End of month outcome?

RE:End of month outcome?
Yes, apparently according to Pricewaterhousecoopers, the bid deadline is August 8th, and the auction to occur August 13th, if necessary.

It is of my opinion that  if Mr.Alnaimi proceeds with his premeditated plans of bankrupting Argex to acquire the Argex technology for his own private company (again my  opinion) will definitely  result in a more thorough investigation from the AMF and other authorities.

I would like all shareholders to think about,   if.. ....Mr.Alnaimi decides to in fact go private , then seals deals that were originally initiated with Argex Titanium Inc. and then closes those said deals with (Newco) his private company, .......who would  not  consider that suspicious???

In my opinion , his intentions are straight forward, pay peanuts for the Argex technology, get rid of shareholders, $$$$$$$$$$$$$=Mr.Alnaimi and co-conspiritors.

Mr.Alnaimi's actions from here forward will be closely monitored and most definitely documented. His actions will determine shareholders actions for  either a class action lawsuit  or for praise for restructuring and keeping the Argex vision alive and well.

My hope is for the latter, if not, then the battle continues, and my story will be told nationwide, I guarantee that.

Respectfully,grandpa67
