 YTD drop back to 7.3%, 28475t Jan/July vs 30714t 2018

That
 2200t shortfall YTD is neglible vs Lynas sales increase ROW, particularly as they have reduced sales into China to just NdPr to contracted sell thru customers.

China will do 46/48kt exports 2019 plus ~20kt from Lynas, and in 18 months they will be positioned to replace virtually all ROW demand SEG/HRE, bar Yttrium.
