tltGuys, pls don't be sure of anything..., it cost me many thousands of dollars becouse I was a STRONG BELIEVER and then in a similar situations I saw how my beloved stock went to zero. 
I like TLT though, added yesterday 12k at 0.26c but if it goes under 0.20c - watch out and save what is left of your investments...
