From an earlier post:  It is my understanding that at least here in the USA the public offering shares are restricted for 6 months.  Can't sell for 6 months.  That at least guarantees no "sell off and just keep the warrants" will occur for at least 6 months with this offering.  I assume it is the same with any Canadian shares?   I believe this is a good thing.  Can anyone from Canada confirm?  TIA

2. Why aren't you asking them about Canada?
3.  Why are you asking friggin posters on a bashers board?



I called maxim and I'm going through them.  I live in the USA so I assumed I had to go through them.  I guess I should have asked them about Canada.  Maybe I will the next time I talk to them.  I'm asking friggen posters on a bashers board because I thought maybe a non basher would respond....which did happen.
