No matter how many ways you spell Donnie misses the point that contracts that DON"T create a profit to the company are nothing more than a ongoing cost. Lack of profitability has kept this stock price where it belongs and simply winning bids that lose money is hardly a good business model. There will NOT be any move until there is a proven cash flow and profit forthcoming ...if that ever happens ...we shall see.
