not tendering to the CATALYST offer..something wrong here..stock trading firmly in no man's land. and should be trading higher , if fof no other reason read LITT views on BAKER's attempting to buy HBC with its own funds..says once the selling of already annouced holdings , could mean the return of $8 cash to shareholders .WOW!!! As for the CATALYST offer, it will mean shares being pro-rated, i also don't like some of the normal safeguards being in place plus their was also a less than flattering story about their stewardship ..so all in all, i will sit on the sidelines and see what happens...dwdc
