RE:Circling the wagons...

RE:Circling the wagons...Too much mud slinging chatter to figure out the last two transactions tabled, but between the merger presentation and recent thread on a Chinese deal, have an outline.  The Chinese Offer looks fantastic and the Titan Offer is looking very good at this point in terms of some financing for this company.  Hoping the Chinese are circling back!?!    If they were paying US$100M for a 20% Stake in the Company before - at a 25% discount to current share price, they could pick up a 20% stake in the company for US$5M.  Might give this Company the kick it needs to start some exploration, and a window to buy in at under CAD$0.15?

Hopefully they are not contingent on the drilling plan, and ready to move at 1/20 the price?   Had a read through the one-sided dialogue of comments intended to paint Mark Bailey as "arrogant"?  The Quotes actually sound like fair and reasonable arguments?  Get the Chinese on an agreement that does allow them to manipulate the valuation while on site, and make sure they are legally obligated to comply with any environmental and social requirements on the project, and pay to rehab their work?  Dunno, my first time reading a board transcript - seems strange maintaining an audio minutes of every meeting.  Must be very hard for this board to have an open dialogue.   Sometimes need to lay out all ideas or play devil advocate to come to best solutions - hard to do if any line can be pulled out of context and quoted?

I think a hold till something gets tabled.  A renegade director targeting fellow directors makes it look even harder to fund in an already weedy market, and no cash, looks like share price will continue to drift back until the company completely bleeds out.  Unless Gold continues to rocket to a point the small production returns some profit?
