RE:RE:Circling the wagons...Multioz, this might be hard for you to understand but industries have standards that are considered best practices... and generally, management and boards of directors have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders to follow such standards - so when a company is planning on offering $100 million for 20% of a company over a few years, they’re going to do a due diligence, which in this case is confirming previously drilled holes, or “twinning”.

If you do more research into how Core golds current management operates you’ll have a better understanding of how simpletons do business - they try to scam shareholders by merging with a shell company that they’ve done minimal to no dude diligence on, while turning away, in an insulting manner, an offer far superior - as in multiple times more accretive to shareholders.  Then the Supreme Court of British Columbia deams their merger as unfair in a most hilarious and embarrassing manner. 

They/ you should be ashamed of what they’ve attempted to perpetrate.
