RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Protest vote with your own money?NUTS!!!! If you can finace a deal at a major discount than you will profit no matter what. Issuing shares screws the exisiting shareholders. The company has promissed in the past to do better but they have not delivered and as far as I am concerned management needs to deliver not raise funds and take my investments down. Shareholders lost over 20 million at one point and they raised 10 million. Why not wait until 2 dollars per share or better. No I am tired of compaies doing this. Why not do a rights issue. As a shareholder I would be benefiting not the Banksters or underwriters. Time for shareholders to demand the deals.
