RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Protest vote with your own money?I think Marine2 has done a pretty good job explaining why resource companies like to have a very good balance sheet. Financing was not available for most junior mining companies until just recently. For years juniors struggled due to lack of funds and many went under or sold at huge discounts of less than 10 cents on the dollar. Thus when you have a period of easier financing you grab it. I don't  want to argue with you any more.  If the explanations given don't  convince you then just let go. I think enough has been written on this matter.
