RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:nobody listened to me the other dayI don't want to jump in on this one, but if this were an error on page 85 of a 200 page manifesto, I could accept it as a translation/editing error.
This was a course changing one paragraph release that wiped out 80% of the company’s value. Not an acceptable error. I simply cannot believe that it was an error but rather an "oh sh1t" we need someone to be able to act out the companies day to day. This release also was the catalyst for me to abruptly sell half of my holdings at a significant loss. OTC is the wild west and i wouldn't pursue action unless this was shown to be calculated fraud. Dont think it is going there. Bummed I lost a significant chunk of money yesterday, but appreciate the post that the Ferguson family took a far greater hit.
My historical post will show that i am far from a doom and gloomer on this stock. I like the company and the people, but a lemonade stand would not have made a "mistake" like that in press release and if it truly was an error on the releasing firm. Paul and team would have sent out an IMMEDIATE correction and the communications firm would never be able to earn business again. I hold out hope for my remaining shares and am willing to serve as a proof reader for future releases if this can somehow be classified as an oops.
Glad Paul is at the helm and that they are continuing to fight the good fight. One of my posts earlier last year was that this company seemed like it truly needed sales and marketing help. I think they have the science piece, but it seems, an operations/marketing/PR specialty is still lacking. I know board members held marketing titles, but it has been nothing short of clown shoe marketing/communications for some time now. (The picture of a table at an undistinguishable convention that looked like a last minute science fair set up comes to mind) The smartest science folks don’t always know how to sell. Not a knock, just a reality. I hope for better days ahead. Good luck to all
