Shaxon resigns as PresidentSo in May AREV announces that Shaxon has been appointed as President of AREV. Now, 3 months later he resigns.
So why does he resign after 3 months? Is this because things are not going well for AREV? We know that the announced acquisitions that were anticipated to be announced on Jun 1 did not happen. Are they still being negotiated? Perhaps Shaxon just did not see progress with AREV and maybe the CA acquisition talks have not gone well. Rather unusual to resign as president of a company after only 3 months without something going on that we as shareholders don't know about.
A number of months ago Danny Deadlock put forth a glowing report on AREV. He has since scaled back his enthusiasm for the company as it seems to be talk of things happening and then not much does.
So will be interesting to see who the next President will be. And will be interesting to see what news is announced over the next month or so. Where will AREV be in six months? Time will tell whether AREV can deliver.
