ETF activated at 3:40pm ... What caused the run up till then from 2.03-.2.75?

jg75123 wrote: this was caused by ETF selling tons of shares and them being bought in a frenzy. it is likely that Health canada has revealed too many red flags in Canntrust and management. million in iliigal cannabis was grown and sold and it is unpredicatable as to what is legal and was is not.so they will likely be shut down or forced to be sold to another LP. possible delist coming. not a nice place to be if you have alot of loses in the red.

Which ETF was activated at 3:40 PM?
How would you know that?
At 3:40PM, the price was at $3.88 from its day low at $2.68, already $1.00 up.
Does the "ETF" rebalancing theory also apply when it began to climb?
