This case is over as far as share holders go. Nothing to see here.
"The SEC on the other hand showed the corruption that is rife in government institutions. They saw an opportunity to get a nice payout from the already damaged shareholders simply because they could. OBE could have fought it and won but it would have hung over the heads of the company for years thus they chose to settle out of court. Probably the crooked SECs plan all along."
