Exercising My Australis Warrants - Transaction Fee???

Exercising My Australis Warrants - Transaction Fee???Just a quick question for those shareholders who have already exercised their Australis warrants and turned them into common shares.

If I hold my Ausa warrants with TD Waterhouse, is there an additional transaction fee that I will have to incur and pay when I exercise my Ausa warrants for 25 cents in order to convert them into Ausa common shares?

Just asking now since it's now August and the 1-year deadline of September 19th is starting to approach.
