Well then, any innovator or inventor in the US from now on will not apply for a patent and go to Apple's competitors overseas with his/her technology.

In 3 years time, Apple will be behind the curve and a new smartphone leader will emerge.

Look at what happened to Nokia when they were the handheld leader years ago and then Palm came along and then Blackberry came along and and and....

Apple will eventually dig its own grave.
