i am sure that at least 40 mio are in string hands
so we might have maximum 50 mio free float
and as you say 5 mio short - this is 10%

together with news this will bring 100% or more in the short or middle run

Sounds good but I think you need to consider the daily volume average. But I agree if they have not covered and things run its good for bully.
