Great question…Short answer OGI really can't do anything. It was a bad bad deal for them.
Organigram gave 50% of a $10M
debenture offering by Eviana. The other (and this is the most interesting part of this deal considering time and place AGRA is at now) 50% was met by an “Institutional Strategic Investor”
who has not been named. In my roundhouse I’m thinking this mystery Institutional Investor could very well be Haywood just saying, after all 5M is chump change too Haywood. And the debenture offering is backed by the worthiness and reputation of a company rather than any physical assets or collateral. Such a deal poses a great risk factor and I’m sure some are pooping their pants now.
