My guess based on the volume looking back was ...Just after July 15th. 

This is most likely the box being shorted by the 35 cent rights offering holders. But no one knows for sure but its a high probability. And thus no requirement to cover in haste as they have the stock already in hand via the rights.

We will see in 8 days or so when the next short report is out. 

I will be happy with your predcition but it will not go 150% on short covering but rather on some development or speculation that will change the perception of value. Covering will help but I do believe its simply the rights holders at 35 cents shorting the box and thus they don't have to cover. They will not be happy but they don't have to rush in though they might.
