I've voted my confidence in STANS and my belief they will prevail in this case with my continued accumulation of shares for 8.5 years. I'm also a former semi frequent poster on this board. Thank you to a number of respectful long term posters of positive... and even constructively critical opinion. This is the last opinion I will share. I believe the Arbitration Tribunal met their commitment to render a decision to both parties by July 31. If the parties had been informed of a decision delay I believe STANS would have shared that update. If the decision was shared with the parties, and Kyrgyzstan was victorious, we would have heard loud and clear by now. If the award was significantly or completely in STANS favor... the parties would now be in settlement discussion which would benefit both parties. With recent news of the former president's corruption charges... Kyrgyzstan has additional motivation to demonstrate corruption is a past... not current issue. I base this opinion on a lifelong career in litigation. We will soon have our answer.

From what I gathered from your post you believe Stan's is in neogiations to settle because we won? I firmly believe Stan's will win the case based on everything that has happened since 2016 but if we won I don't understand why there's no press release stating that because that would be huge for the SP.

If  you have had a lifelong career in litigation is it common for these kind of international arbitrations to play out this way?
