RE:RE:My 2 CentsYes my speculation on settlement discussion is based on a decision favorable to STANS. As for a decision in The Republics favor being announced... it would have been The Republic making that victorious announcement. ...and Yes... based on my experience... a favorable decision for STANS would absolutely be a catalist for settlement discussion to expedite closure. "Holding out" for long term enforcement of a best case award isnt always the best choice.
