RE:RE:Doom Over Nothing
I agree it wasn't stated as such yet, but subscriptions received for 4 million (so that I'd say is pretty much guaranteed) and term sheet signed for 12 million against patents. I dont what it will take for the term sheet to move to "binding" status but I would guess it is also very highly likely. While the previous poster maybe put the cart before the hire there, the sentiment remains: very high likelihood of 16 million, reasonable likelihood of additional 3 million, insider buying, major partners, commitments to purchase from us etc. Yet the bashers are doom prophets over "but maybe the private placement wont happen". I think that additional 3 odd million isn't going to make or break this company. Nothing really matters other than if our announced partners follow through on purchasing (and why would they even have bothered saying they would otherwise? Doesnt really do Foxconn or Tencent any benefit to announce partnerships with a barely known startup). This is for sure a high risk stock made riskier but no sense bemoaning the things that really aren't problematic.
